GCSE CELEBRATIONS AT YSGOL CLYWEDOG
Outstanding A grade achievements put the gloss on success for students of all abilities at Ysgol Clywedog. Deserving of special mention are Lauren Foulkes and Lowri Jones who both gained 11 A*/A grades. 36 students achieved at least 10 A*-C grades or equivalent, with over three quarters of the yeargroup scoring at least one C grade. As in recent years, an impressive 95% of students achieved the Level 1 threshold.
Headteacher, Dr David Kirby, said “I am again delighted to see the success that hard work has brought for our students. Their achievements are a credit to the students themselves, their families and the school staff and I congratulate everyone involved.”
