Respect
Our Code of Behaviour sets the high standards we expect from students and is based on RESPECT.
Our four 'R's are:
Respect for Yourself
Ø take a pride in your appearance and hygiene - be smart and wear correct school uniform;
Ø be confident and proud of yourself, don't put yourself down;
Ø try your best and take advantage of all opportunities offered;
Ø behave well;
Ø attend school regularly, and on time.
Respect for Others
Ø treat others as you want to be treated;
Ø respect the belongings, cultures and views of others;
Ø listen to everyone, and don't disturb/distract them in class;
Ø be friendly, don't put people down, verbally or physically.
Respectfor Learning
Ø do your best in classwork/homework, hand it in on time;
Ø be on time for lessons;
Ø bring correct equipment and always have your student planner;
Ø listen carefully to teachers, follow instructions and take advice.
Respect for Environment
Ø do not litter;
Ø do not write/draw graffiti;
Ø treat all equipment, buildings, displays etc. with care;
Ø leave the environment as you would wish to find it.
